🪷 Meditation Center of Disciples of Luang Por Phra Ratchaphromyan, Wat Tha Sung Branch 9, Wang Nam Khiao, or popularly known as Wat Tha Sung Branch 9, was originally named Phutthapathom Monastery, located at 322 Moo 19, Wang Nam Khiao Subdistrict, Wang Nam Khiao District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Postal Code 30370, founded on December 5, 2001 by Luang Ta Arun Chanthasophon and Professor (Dr.) Chinpakorn Thepwong (layman) as the initiators of the establishment and construction. Initially, it had an area of 27 rai, 1 ngan, and 45 square wa, which was a cornfield of Grandma Leim, Saharai Samrong, who offered it with the intention of donating it to build a temple to be the property of Buddhism. The Meditation Center built Buddha statues and various temples according to the teachings of Luang Por Phra Ratchaphromyan. (Luang Pho Ruesi Lingdam) and Luang Pu Pan Sonando (Wat Bang Nom Kho, Ayutthaya) as the main principles. Later, the temple asked for donations to buy land to expand the temple's area. The Ban Rai Plai Tawan Meditation Center donated another 8 rai of land on the east side (adjacent to the Ban Rai Plai Tawan Meditation Center) to build two Buddha statues with a lap width of 12 cubits. The temple currently has a total area of approximately 47 rai.
