1. **Vehicle Arrangements**: Vehicles are not allowed past the main gate. Parking is available at the entrance. If you need to drive inside, contact local farmers in advance for reservations (CNY 60/person).
2. **Road Conditions**: The last few kilometers leading to Longchi are gravel roads. Drive with caution if your car has low ground clearance.
3. **Monkey Sightings**: Monkeys are mainly seen near the park entrance and are less common along the hiking trails.
4. **Flowering Season**: The blooming period for alpine azaleas on the mountaintop is short.
5. **Communication and Payment**: There is no cell service on the mountaintop. A small shop sells potato snacks and drinking water (cash only). It's recommended to bring enough snacks and water.
