Wenzhou|I declare this the most stylish village in Wenzhou

Who would have thought! After living in Wenzhou for 3 years, I only just discovered this hidden gem in Zeya! The mountains are clear, the water is beautiful, and there are few people. It’s just a 1-hour drive, costs about 50 yuan per person for a full day of fun. This nanny-level guide is a must-save~
Start at the entrance with the "Seven Waterfalls Ravine"! Walk along the stone steps, and the series of waterfalls keep stunning you. The best is the "Tongtian Cave," where the waterfall sprinkles like a curtain of rain overhead as you pass through, cooling you down completely—perfect for beating the heat. Remember to bring an umbrella or wear a raincoat (you can buy one on site for 10 yuan each). For photos, choose before 10 a.m., when sunlight filters through the leaves onto the water, sparkling like scattered diamonds. Every shot is a masterpiece 📸
Hikers don’t miss "Jinkeng Gorge"! The stone path is gentle and easy to walk. Along the way, you can see villagers pounding rice cakes by the stream and even spot little crabs. When tired, rest on the stone benches by the creek and buy a local auntie’s yangmei popsicle (5 yuan each)—sweet and sour, super refreshing!
Families with kids must visit "Zeya Rafting"! The whole trip lasts 1.5 hours, with moderate water flow, so kids can have fun safely. Remember to wear quick-dry clothes and bring a change of clothes (there’s hot water in the changing rooms). At the rafting endpoint, you can buy grilled small dried fish for 15 yuan a bag—so fresh you’ll lick your fingers!
Tips: For self-driving, navigate to "Zeya Scenic Area Visitor Center," parking is 10 yuan per day. For dining inside the scenic area, we recommend "Mountain People’s Home," where stir-fried creek snails and stewed native chicken are super authentic, about 60 yuan per person to eat until full. After 4 p.m., visit "Zhishan Cultural Village" to see traditional papermaking and even make a sheet of paper yourself as a souvenir~
Summary: Zeya doesn’t have the crowds of popular tourist spots, only the healing power of nature and local life. Want to escape the city on the weekend? This is definitely the place. After visiting, your friends on social media will be bombarding you for the location! ✨
