Jakarta’s 200-Year-Old Cafe

#June Good Places 2024
Address: Next to Taman Fatahillah Square, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Environment: Although it is an old building but air-conditioned and very clean and hygienic, there
Classical music is played, and there are two lower floors where smoking is available for dining.
Features: Monumental buildings preserved from the Dutch colonial period in Indonesia, coffee
The hall was opened in 1805 and has a history of more than 200 years
Phase check-in position.
Service: Staff all speak English, service and smiles are great, to the food
and cafe information are very familiar.
Price per person: IDR 310,000 (approx. HK$150)
Comments: The cafe preserves the characteristics of the Dutch colonial era very well, as if to make people time
Light backflows back to the splendid environment of the time, the food tastes medium to high, though
The price is expensive locally in Indonesia, but worth the seat
Due to the atmosphere here, I personally recommend sitting by the window on the upper floor to enjoy the view
See Taman Fatahillah Square and the Jakarta History Museum across the street
Pavilion.
