for foreigner you just have a passport :)
Ticket officer can speak english and useful.
Ferry ticket cost is not too expensive.
Seaview is so wonderful and building is awesome.
We can buy anything by alipay , dont have to use banknote.
They have tram for everyone if you dont want to walk.
but the weather is a bit hot. next time i will come here in winter lol
