Designed by the late master Jaya Ibrahim, Xiamen Andaz Hotel transports you to an overseas Chinese villa with Nanyang-style charm.
Upon entering the welcome level, the fountain and hanging crystal bougainvillea overhead echo Xiamen's reputation as the "Garden on the Sea." The lobby lounge's glass skylight pours in natural light—perfect for afternoon tea that recreates the Nanyang diaspora lifestyle. White circular arcades extend from outdoors to indoors, replicating the veranda structures of grand Nanyang homes. Walls feature finely polished rattan textures paired with dark green floral tiles and bamboo weavings, while the floors showcase Nanyang-inspired tiles.
Rooms start at 50㎡, offering generous space. Rattan chairs, vintage dressing tables… the Nanyang aesthetic is fully realized. Manual wooden shutters add a ceremonial touch reminiscent of overseas Chinese residences. Evening minibar is complimentary, featuring local Xiamen snacks alongside soft drinks. Custom amenities by British perfumer Azzi Glasser exude a distinctive Nanyang fragrance.
The 25-meter outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, delivers true resort vibes.
101 Chinese Restaurant highlights Minnan flavors alongside Hyatt's signature Peking duck. More Than Wine bar crafts cocktails inspired by Xiamen's maritime culture, doubling as a lounge. Sugar Pavilion stands as a standalone glasshouse in MixC's retail block, specializing in artisanal wood-fired pizzas.
Direct access to MixC—Xiamen's premier luxury destination. Just 230m walk to Hubin East Road Metro Station, 900m to Xiamen Railway Station, and 20-minute drive to Gaoqi Airport.
