Zhongshan Park Xiamen

Zhongshan Park, Xiamen is a peaceful green space in the city center, perfect for a summer stroll. Tall trees give lots of shade, and lotus flowers bloom beautifully around the ponds and pavilions.

In the mornings, locals do tai chi, dance, or chat under the trees. There’s also a small zoo, a playground, and a flower exhibition hall, all free to enter.

I spent around one hour here just walking and enjoying the calm atmosphere. It’s a lovely place to escape the summer heat and see daily life in Xiamen. To get here, you can take subway to Zhongshan Park station and walk less than 100 m to the entrance. It's very close!
