Tianzi Lake is in the northern suburbs of Xiaogan, 25 km from the city center. There are direct buses from Xiaogan to Tianzi Lake (there are buses to Tianzi Lake at the square), or you can take a bus from Xiaogan to Xiaochang, get off at the intersection of Tianzi Lake, and then walk there.
