Xinjiang hot pot is a specialty of Shannan region, (different from Sichuan hot pot). There are crispy meat and meatballs in the copper pot, with vermicelli, cabbage🥬, kelp, and bean skin. The staple food is usually eaten with steamed buns; (personal taste It can be full, but it can’t be said to be delicious😂😂)
