Free Winter Trip to Jingting Mountain in Xuancheng

Free Travel Guide to Jingting Mountain||Jingting Mountain was originally called Zhaoting Mountain. During the Western Jin Dynasty, it was renamed Jingting Mountain to avoid the taboo of Emperor Sima Zhao. It is a branch of the Huangshan Mountain Range, with its highest peak, Cuiyun Peak, standing at an altitude of 324.1 meters.
🚶Route: Navigate to the east gate of Jingting Mountain Scenic Area. Parking is convenient. After parking, don't buy a ticket or enter the scenic area. Walk from outside the gate towards Guangjiao Temple. Outside the temple's wall, there is a stone wall. Enter from here and follow the path for about 5 minutes to reach the main road of Jingting Mountain Trail. Turn right when you see the main road, and you'll see the Li Bai statue group. Continue forward to reach "Ancient Zhaoting." Keep going up to reach "Taibai Duzuo Building." Go to the third floor, exit through the back door, and continue up to reach "Danti Pavilion" and "Tianji Pavilion." Then go down to reach "Yifeng Ancient Road." Follow the ancient road down to reach Jingting Mountain Trail. Turn left to take the trail down the mountain. Walk about 2 km to return to the starting path, which is the path outside Guangjiao Temple's wall. Cross the path to the main road, turn right, and walk a few steps to reach Guangjiao Temple. The temple is large, and you can visit or offer incense and worship. You can get three incense sticks for free at the entrance.
⚠️Notes: Wear comfortable sports or hiking shoes, and bring some water and snacks to replenish energy on the way. The weather is comfortable this season, so a sweater or fleece with a jacket or cotton vest is enough. The scenery is beautiful, with early winter colors of green, yellow, orange, and red blending harmoniously. Enjoy the unique beauty of nature and the fun of outdoor activities.
