The Xunke Platform Rime (Kulbin Rime) is located in Kelin Township in the southeastern mountainous area of ​​Xunke County, Heilongjiang Province. In winter, the temperature here is mostly below minus 30 degrees Celsius. Due to the power generation of the hydropower station, the Kulbin River flows for dozens of miles without freezing, forming a large area of ​​rime on the shore.

Most people drive or charter a car to get there. It takes more than 3 hours to get there from Yichun city. There is a long section of icy and snowy road in the middle, which is not easy to drive. It is recommended to find a local driver who is familiar with the road conditions!

Generally, people stay in Dapingting Village for one night and then go to appreciate the rime early the next morning. The whole village is not big, with small courtyards on both sides. The accommodation conditions are definitely worse than those in the city. It is more like a farmhouse. It is basically 150 per person, including three meals a day. The lady who stayed there cooked delicious food. If I hadn't booked the itinerary in advance, I really wanted to stay one more day!
