One of the The Easiest Hiking Trails in Yangmingshan

Yangmingshan National Park, located in northern Taiwan near Taipei, is renowned for its beautiful scenery and diverse flora. There are numerous hiking trails in Yangmingshan of varying difficulty levels. I chose Qingtiangang Circular Trail, one of the easiest hiking trails to bring my two kids for a hike. The circular trail starts at Lingtouyan land god temple at Qingtiangang, passing Qingtiangang Grassland, Yangmingshan Ranch and leads back to the land god temple. The trail is around 2.4 kilometers long. The trail offers unobstructed views of the nearby Mt Qixing, Mt. Qigu, Mt. Huangzuei and Mt. Zhugao. We also saw water buffalos wandering across the grassland.
