Shwedagon Pagoda 🇲🇲

We would like to introduce a sacred place for the people of Myanmar or Burma, “Shwedagon Pagoda”, which anyone who visits Myanmar definitely cannot miss. Shwedagon Pagoda has a large diamond on top. Uncle Guide said that there will be only one tile that you can stand on and see the diamond light on top. There is a twinkling light. When we went, it was during the pagoda’s renovation, but the renovation could not hide the grandeur and beauty of the pagoda. It is said that those who were born in the year of the Horse must come to pay homage to Shwedagon Pagoda at least once in their life. To pay homage, everyone must dress neatly and completely. Shoes and socks are not allowed. When we arrived, Uncle Guide took us to buy flowers to pay homage and let each person pour water on the Buddha image of the day of birth.
