A short trip outside Yangshuo takes you into one of the region’s quirkiest attractions — the Butterfly Cave! 🦋✨ As you walk inside the cool karst cavern, stalactites twist into shapes that look like wings and creatures from legends. Outside, a giant butterfly sculpture welcomes you (yes, it’s a fun photo spot 😄).

The best part? Climbing through the cave leads you to a viewpoint overlooking the lush valley — endless green mountains layered like waves. It’s touristy, sure, but if you lean into the charm, it’s a playful break from the usual scenic trails.
