"Shude Hall: A Treasure Hotel in the Wild"
Garden of Forking Paths is a high-end homestay under the Huangshan Shude Hall brand. The hotel is dedicated to showcasing the pastoral life of Huizhou villages and is praised as the "Chiang Mai of Huizhou in Four Seasons." Its name is derived from the work of Argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges, symbolizing the infinite possibilities of stepping into different times and spaces along the forking paths.
The homestay is located at the entrance of a miniature ancient village, without disrupting the original layout of the village, and coexists harmoniously with the local villagers, as if it were a natural part of the environment. The lobby was once the site of the village's ancestral hall, maintaining the simple beauty of Huizhou architecture with its white walls and grey tiles. Upon entering the interior, one discovers a whole new world.
