Relics such as the Evening Pond, Target Pond, Mill Trough, Horse Racing Field, Pancake Slope, Resting Horse Stop, and Roller Ravine remain on the mountain, marking the spots where Guan Yu, a general from the Three Kingdoms period, watered his horse, trained his troops, played chess, and baked pancakes. With a total area of 40 square kilometers and an average elevation of 1,200 meters, it is a unique alpine grassland in the Three Gorges region and a national 4A-level scenic area.
