"OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN" is a popular soba restaurant in Naha that always has a long line.

The highlight of the menu here is the variety of soba noodles they serve.
A friend who lives in Okinawa told me, "If you like coriander, this is the dish for you!" so I ordered the beef and bean sprout soba covered in coriander.
