The only homemade whiskey in the world!

The Kvalan Distillery is unique in Taiwan and you can visit it for free to learn about its history. The entire distillery is filled with the atmosphere of whiskey and is decorated with different whiskey barrels, including Sherry, Port, and Brandy! Unfortunately we went there quite late and didn’t have enough time to visit the whole factory. Next time I’ll go earlier and reserve time! You can also make your own blended whisky with Kavalan’s wine (I can’t bear to open it)! The location is a bit remote, you need to take a bus or Taiwan Railway to Yilan Station, and then take a taxi to the winery, but it is worth it!
