🌞Little Buffalo, a time-honored ice shop recommended by a friend in Yilan, specializes in snowflake ice. As soon as you walk in, you will find that the decoration is actually quite clever: there are many lights in the store, and there are soft lights like those in a photo studio. The atmosphere at night is very good. There is even a large projection screen on the wall to play videos, which makes people feel like they have accidentally walked into an exhibition hall😂

🥜I ordered peanut snowflake ice with Uni-President pudding and red beans. The peanuts are rich and salty, and the pudding and red beans add sweetness and taste. The whole bowl tastes very layered. Another bowl of milk snowflake ice with rice cake and passion fruit jam is rich in milk flavor but not greasy. It is very refreshing with sweet and sour jam, and the rice cake is chewy!

🧊Although there are electric fans on site, there is no air conditioning. As soon as the ice cream is served, it starts to melt as soon as the wind blows🥲 However, it is still recommended to eat it inside. It tastes best when eaten on site, and you can also enjoy the special atmosphere of the store. I saw a lot of takeout orders that day, but it is really better to sit down and eat slowly.
