Unexpected, right? This is Helan Mountain in Yinchuan, not the endless desert I had in mind. Here, you can enjoy the coolness of summer and the elegance of the 'Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall'.

Dozens of wineries have taken root here, offering wine quality that rivals that of France.
This time, we visited an industrial-style winery. We could lie on the lounge chair in our room, listen to music while gazing at Helan Mountain, jump into the pool to feel the coolness of summer, ride a bike through the vineyard paths, and dine under the stars.
🍷 The winery itself offers three types of red wine for tasting. Such a leisurely lifestyle, who says it's not southern France, or even better than southern France?

☑️ Western Xia Imperial Tombs National Archaeological Site Park
Experience the historical traces left by the Western Xia Dynasty, which lasted for 190 years. It's recommended to first learn about the local history at the Western Xia Museum before touring the imperial tombs. If you go in the afternoon, the sunset light on the museum's exterior walls is very photogenic, and the layers of Helan Mountain behind the tombs can also be beautifully captured.
☑️ Helan Mountain Rock Art
About 6,000 years ago, the imagination of our ancestors. If you're lucky, you might even see rock sheep. At the exit, there's the Han Meilin Art Museum, which is great for exhibitions and photography.

This is where 'A Chinese Odyssey' was filmed, the city tower where Zixia and Supreme Treasure stood.
