[Yokohama] Watching a baseball game after the typhoon at Yokohama Stadium

The interleague games are in full swing in professional baseball. On a clear day after the typhoon, I went to Yokohama Stadium to watch a baseball game. Yokohama Stadium is the home of the Yokohama DeNA Baystars, and is actually one of the oldest stadiums in Japan. After various renovations, it can now accommodate over 30,000 people. This time, I watched the game from a relatively affordable wing seat, with a bird's-eye view from above.

This day happened to be the starting day of Bauer, who had transferred from MLB. I was able to see some great MLB-trained pitching. The famous mandarin orange ice is a must-have for watching a game on such a hot day.

Access: Right next to Kannai Station on the JR Negishi Line, about a 5-minute walk from Nihon-Odori Station on the Minatomirai Line
