On a soft early summer evening, I visited the Mikasa Catholic Church in Yokosuka.
The soft light filtering through the white walls and the quiet sound of the bells resonating in the air were soothing. 🙏✨

From the church, I walked to Mikasa Park, just a short walk away.
As I sat on the lawn, the pleasant sea breeze and the orange-hued ocean beyond offered a glimpse of Sarushima Island.
I was mesmerized for a moment by the beautiful evening view, which made me forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sitting on the lawn and watching the sun slowly sink was the most luxurious moment of my trip.
Yokosuka's early summer brings a tranquil and dramatic scenery that will stay with you forever. 🌿🌊
