Yilan County is really "埤". I took my children to travel to Yilan during the summer vacation. I saw from Google Maps that there are quite a few "埤" in Yilan County. If Yilan is second, then no other county or city dares to claim to be first. Today we will take a trip to Yilan’s “pi” areas. First, we will come to Shuanglianpi in Yuanshan Township, which is named because the lake water can flow through the “upper pi” and “lower pi”. The scenery here is pretty good, but the lake water on the "pi" is seriously eutrophic, the road leading into Shuanglianpi is not clearly marked, and there are no tourists visiting even on holidays. Although there were no other tourists, we still walked most of the way along the industrial road around the lake. Yilan is a place with beautiful mountains and rivers, and it is no wonder that it is known as the back garden of Taipei.
