As soon as you enter the Yueyang Tower scenic area, you will immediately see five unique attics, all in the form of bronze miniature castings.
It turns out that it is a Yueyang Tower that reproduces the styles of the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. The five floors are surrounded by winding water, and the towering buildings are leaning against the clear water. Each building was built with reference to the historical records of the relevant dynasties. It is also a masterpiece of restoring history.
🏯The Tang Dynasty Yueyang Tower architectural model is square in plan, seven bays wide and five bays deep, with a side length of 5.39 meters and a height of 5.19 meters. Its plaque was written by Tang Dynasty calligrapher Yan Zhenqing
🏯The Yueyang Tower of the Song Dynasty was modeled after the Yueyang Tower painting of the Song Dynasty court collection of the Peking University Library. The model is rectangular in plan, 3.608 meters wide, 3.092 meters deep, and 4.5 meters high. The plaque was written by the Song Dynasty calligrapher Mi Fu.
🏯The Yueyang Tower of the Yuan Dynasty is based on the "Yueyang Tower Picture" painted by Xia Yong, a boundary painter in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties, which is collected by the Palace Museum. The model is rectangular in plan, 3.608 meters wide, 3.092 meters deep, and 4.3 meters high. Its plaque was written by Zhao Mengfu, a calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty.
🏯The Yueyang Tower in the Ming Dynasty is based on the "Yueyang Tower Picture" painted by Ming Dynasty court painter An Zhengwen, which is collected by the Shanghai Museum. The model is hexagonal in shape, 1.86 meters wide on one side and 4.5 meters high. The plaque was written by Ming Dynasty calligrapher Dong Qichang
🏯The Yueyang Tower in the Qing Dynasty is based on the "Yueyang Tower Picture" painted by the Qing Dynasty painter Gong Xian. The model is rectangular in plan, 4.43 meters wide, 3.152 meters deep, and 4.83 meters high. The plaque is written by Emperor Kangxi.
The ticket is 70 yuan, and it is worth it just to learn about history👍
