Yufuin, a lovely town

Yufuin in the rainy season is also beautiful.

Yufuin, a lovely city that looks like it's in a Ghibli Studio.

This city is located in the Kyushu region. We can travel from Fukuoka in about 2 hours. On this trip, I traveled alone, so I chose to travel by train. We used the JR Kyushu Pass, which can be used to reserve the legendary Yufuin no Mori train.

We went to this city during the rainy season. Although it looked a bit lonely, the green from the trees and the white fog made this city look like it was in a fairy tale. For anyone traveling to Kyushu or Fukuoka, we recommend you to spare at least one day for Yufuin. You will definitely fall in love with this city.

For those who have time, we recommend staying here for a night. Wake up in the morning and go for a walk before the new tourists arrive. You will be able to experience the tranquility of Yufuin.
