You can travel by train. We recommend booking your train online in advance, although it can be quite busy. Alternatively, you can take the bus for a day trip without the hassle of changing hotels.

This city is famous for its hot springs, surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains, and lakes. It's also home to numerous art museums, cafes, boutiques, and local handicraft shops, as well as a variety of food.
