One-day tour in Zhenjiang: a complete guide to the Three Mountains and One Ferry
Zhenjiang, a place famous for Hengshun vinegar, I personally visited it during the May Day holiday and experienced the charm of Three Mountains and One Ferry. In one day, I not only visited Jinshan Park and Xijindu, but also visited Zhenjiang Museum, Beigushan and Jiaoshan, and finally went to Mengxi Garden and Pearl S. Buck Memorial Hall. It was a fulfilling and happy day! I will come again next time to try the puffer fish and pot lid noodles.

1⃣️ Bishirong Jinshan Morning Tea
The early bus arrived in Zhenjiang at 7:30 in the morning, and I rode a shared bicycle straight to the morning tea shop. There were a lot of people, but the fish wontons, xiaolongbao and free soy milk were really delicious.

2⃣️ Jinshan Park
The story of "Flooding Jinshan Mountain" is well known, so I took a taxi to Jinshan Park. After purchasing the [Zhenjiang Travel Card], just scan the code at the entrance. The early morning sun shines on the Jinshan Temple, the scenery is beautiful and the photo effect is excellent.

3⃣️ Xijindu
Ride a bicycle to Xijindu, where the quaint stone alleys make you feel like traveling through time and space. Although I originally thought it was a commercialized antique street, I discovered many historical buildings and cultural relics. Walking in it, the river in the distance is looming among the lush trees, which makes you feel happy.

4⃣️ Zhenjiang Museum
Walking down along Xijindu, you will reach the Zhenjiang Museum and the former site of the British Consulate. The museum is free and tells the modern history of Zhenjiang and its century-long struggle. The old museum introduces the history of Zhenjiang and has exhibits such as bronze, gold and silver wares. There are many people in the museum, but the content is rich.

5⃣️ Beigushan
It takes 10 minutes by taxi to Beigushan Mountain and scan the QR code at the entrance to enter the park. The mountain is not high and you can reach the top in just over ten minutes. You need to queue up to get to Beigu Tower, but the story of Ganlu Temple is very impressive.

6⃣️ Jiaoshan
Take a taxi to Jiaoshan, scan the code at the entrance and take the ferry up the mountain. Jiaoshan is larger than the previous two mountains. Dinghui Temple, Forest of Steles and ancient artillery fort are all places worth visiting. Although the Wanfo Pagoda is under renovation, its appearance is still magnificent. On the way down the mountain, I saw stone carvings and the eighteen bronze men in various shapes were breathtaking.

7⃣️ Dashikou-Suning Plaza
I walked around until two in the afternoon and felt hungry, so I went straight to Suning Plaza in Dashikou. When I got off the bus, I saw a stall selling egg-filled pancakes. One chicken-fillet pancake cost 9 yuan, which was affordable and delicious. I also bought rice cake and honey bread, both tasted good.

8⃣️ Mengxi Garden
We walked to Mengxi Garden, which is small and quiet. After learning about Shen Kuo's life, I admired his talent even more.

9⃣️ Pearl S. Buck Memorial Hall
We took a taxi to the Pearl S. Buck Memorial Center, where there is her former residence and memorial hall, and volunteers were introducing Pearl S. Buck's story. It felt particularly meaningful to learn about the character in the textbook.

This one-day trip to Zhenjiang gave me a deeper understanding of this city. I look forward to coming back to taste the food next time!

I immediately booked a high-speed rail ticket and started my half-day trip to Zhenjiang~
After getting off the high-speed train, I went straight to Xijindu. The flow of people on weekdays was very comfortable.

I came across the dish of the second lady of the Zhou family that I had been eyeing for a long time~
As soon as the June fried crab was served, I knew that this trip was worth it! !
Crispy ginger braised pork is sweet but not greasy and goes well with rice~

Sitting by the window, you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan
Looking at the misty Jiangnan outside the window, I escaped from the hustle and bustle of the city for a short time
