🌟 Specialties and Dishes

· Legendary Dishes: The must-try General Tso's Chicken was created by Mr. Peng Changgui in 1952 for a banquet for an American general. The chicken thighs are deep-fried and then stir-fried, incorporating the five flavors of garlic, ginger, salt, sour, and spicy. The "Fugui Shuangfang" dish is a five-day-long, meticulously prepared dish.
