【Where is Dongji Island】
Dongji Island is located in the east of Zhejiang, far from the mainland, belonging to Putuo District, Zhoushan. Dongji Island consists of four main islands: Miaozihu Island (main island), Qingbang Island, Dongfushan Island, and Huangxing Island. Except for Huangxing Island, which generally has no tourists, the other three islands are very convenient to visit.

【How to get to Banshengdong Pier】
1️⃣ Take a high-speed train to Ningbo Station from various places, then walk 10 minutes to Ningbo South Bus Station. Buy a ticket from Ningbo South Bus Station to Putuo Long-Distance Passenger Transport Center Station, about 1.5 to 2 hours by bus. After arrival, take a taxi with a starting fare to Banshengdong Pier.
2️⃣ Fly directly to Zhoushan Putuo Airport, then take a taxi to Banshengdong Pier.
3️⃣ Take a long-distance bus directly to Zhoushan Putuo Long-Distance Passenger Transport Center Station from various places, then take a taxi to the pier. For example, Hangzhou East Bus Station has direct buses to Putuo Passenger Transport Center Station, about 3.5 to 4 hours.

【Book boat tickets 7 days in advance】
✔️ For the outbound trip, book on "Zhiyou Haixing"; for the return trip, book on "Dongji Shipping," or buy tickets directly at the pier.
✔️ Sailing time is about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on wind and waves.
✔️ The route is Banshengdong Pier ➠ Miaozihu Island. Tickets for Miaozihu ➠ Qingbang Island ➠ Dongfushan Island can be purchased on the boat, costing an additional 20💰/30💰, no need to disembark, direct travel available.
✔️ There are several daily boats between Dongfushan Island ➠ Qingbang Island ➠ Miaozihu Island. Island-to-island tickets can be bought on "Dongji Shipping" or on-site.
✔️ Cabin types include upper, middle, lower berths, sleeper, and VIP. It is recommended to choose middle/lower/sleeper cabins. If prone to seasickness, prioritize sleeper and lower cabins.
✔️ Fixed seat numbers for round trips between Banshengdong and Miaozihu; island-to-island trips have no fixed seats, and standing tickets can be bought at island piers.
✔️ Sailing may be suspended or delayed due to strong winds, heavy fog, or storms.
✔️ For the outbound trip, arrive at the pier 20-30 minutes early for ticket check; for the return trip, 10-20 minutes early is sufficient.

【Accommodation Guide】
✔️ It is recommended to stay on Dongfushan Island on the first day and Miaozihu Island on the second day. Qingbang Island is smaller and less interesting unless you prefer quiet and fewer people.
✔️ Book boat tickets first, then accommodation. Don’t mix up the order. Most island accommodations are non-refundable, so confirm your itinerary before booking.
✔️ Miaozihu has many guesthouses with good conditions and many dining options. Dongfushan has quite a few guesthouses with average conditions and plenty of dining places. Qingbang has fewer guesthouses, cheaper accommodation, and fewer dining options.
