Guanyin Dharma Realm - Sacred Land of Putuo Mountain

It takes less than 15 minutes by taxi from Putuo Mountain Airport to reach Guanyin Dharma Realm.

The sacred altar is currently open up to 7 levels:

First Level: Thousand-Hand Thousand-Eye Guanyin - An awe-inspiring experience. The strong energy field inside the hall evokes an inexplicable sense of emotion. You can write your wishes on a card outside the hall and place it in the blessing box inside, where the master will chant prayers for you!
Additionally, four animated movies titled "Putuo Lokha" are screened daily in the theater. Don't miss them.

Second and Third Levels: Golden Copper Buddha Statue Museum - Each statue exudes solemnity, inspiring reverence.

Fourth Level: Dome Light Show - Held four times daily. Be sure to arrive at the corridor 10 minutes early to secure a good spot. It's a must-see event.

Sixth Level: Features the Thirty-Three Guanyin Hall and a Sutra Copying Room. You can quietly copy sutras, take them home, and have them stamped on the ground floor.

Seventh Level: Houses three major Guanyin halls.

Ground Floor: Offers coffee, buns, and cakes. The "Dharma Merchandise Shop" sells bracelets, pendants, and perfumes.

🏨 Accommodation Recommendation: There are many guesthouses around Guanyin Dharma Realm within walking distance. Choose ones that provide pier and airport shuttle services for added convenience.

🍴 Food Recommendation: At the exit of Guanyin Dharma Realm, there's a noodle shop called "One Bowl of Noodles" priced at $12 per bowl. It's delicious, affordable, and not to be missed.

📌 Practical Tips: If you plan to copy sutras, either go early or allocate time for queuing. Based on personal experience, even with only six people ahead, the wait was nearly 40 minutes.
