New store in Cheung Sha Wan 🎊 Authentic Taiwanese cuisine by Taiwanese chefs

I recently tried the newly opened Taiwanese restaurant "Dai Yuen" in Cheung Sha Wan. I heard from the shopkeeper that the chef is Taiwanese. No wonder the food is so authentic😍! In addition to the lunch and snacks I ordered, there are also old-fashioned options here🥰

🐥 Onion and Oil Hand-Teared Chicken Rice ($62)
Each set has appetizers, and they are all homemade. There are different appetizers every day, which is very appetizing🤤
The portion of onion and oil hand-torn chicken rice is just right, the seasoning is savory and not oily😚

With the drink I chose homemade soy milk, which tastes freshly ground and is low in sugar!

🐮Thirteen Spice Beef Noodles ($82)
Beef noodles also have appetizers and drinks, this time I chose a homemade cold brew tea: Xiangfu apple cold brew tea, sweet and sour🍎
Thirteen Spice Beef Noodles has beef brisket, the bottom of the noodles is coarse noodles, but enough seasoning, and the soup is spicy, and also served with a piece of spicy butter to increase the taste 🥰

🥚 Tea Eggs ($8)
The tea leaf egg is a candied egg soaked in red tea. It's so good😍

🍟 Sweet potato strips ($28)
The sweet sweet potato strips sprinkled with sweet and sour plum powder match🥰

🐣 Flower Drunken Chicken Leg Roll ($55)
I highly recommend this drunk chick! The chicken is tender and full of meat🤤🤤

🐤 Beer Salt Crispy Chicken ($40)
This feeling is not as hot as the usual salt and pepper chicken, the skin is thin and the meat is thick, bite by bite 🤭

🥬 Steamed green vegetables ($18)
Finally, I ordered green vegetables, a healthy choice 💕
