No matter what others say, it's better to visit Wujiangzhai yourself during National Day! After staying here for two days, I finally understood why it has become a new popular vacation landmark in Southwest China. The stilted buildings in the early morning are covered with dew, the bright lights at night reflect smiling faces, and the absolutely stunning sea, land, and air fireworks visual feast is breathtaking.
Every scenery and every experience makes you feel "this trip was definitely worth it"! For friends planning a short trip during National Day, be sure to save this itinerary.

It is recommended to stay in a hotel within the scenic area. We stayed at Qianshuyuan Hotel, where you can eat, drink, and play all in one place, saving travel time back and forth. It also includes two days of tickets, shuttle bus, and buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

🚄 Take the high-speed train to Zunyi Station first, then take the direct shuttle bus to the scenic area. If you get off at Zunyi South Station, it is better to take a taxi, about 20 minutes to Xizhaikou.
🚗 For self-driving, just navigate to Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort Area. There is a parking lot, very convenient.

Head straight to Butterfly Mama Embroidery Workshop or Lantern Shop! I even made a lantern by hand, which can be taken home as a gift.

Go to the core scenic area and greet the young village chiefs and village beauties one by one! They are all handsome and beautiful, and taking photos and interacting will get you event stickers.

Join at Huilong Island Square. Whether you can sing well or not, sing along with everyone. Seeing the small national flags waving around you will ignite your patriotism.

When tired from walking, dive into the snack street! The stir-fried rice noodles are soaked in sauce, very satisfying with every bite, plus wontons, yellow rice cakes, and more.
