A Wonderful Stay in Zurich

Our one-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich was absolutely delightful. The location couldn't be more ideal, as nearly all notable tourist spots in Zurich are just a short walk away. The hotel is breathtaking, and you quickly notice the incredible effort by Management, led by Dominik Reiner and the entire team, to ensure complete guest satisfaction. This truly represents the best of the MO experience. Check-in with Mrs. Zoe and Mr. Werling was flawless, and thankfully, our room was ready despite our early 9:30 am arrival. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade to a junior suite. The suite, as well as all public areas, are tastefully decorated and spotless. With just 80 rooms and suites, the hotel has the charm of a luxury boutique while still being comfortably-sized—a contrast to the smaller Mandarin Oriental Munich, where securing a specific room category can be challenging. Our brief stay was thoroughly enjoyable and both of us agreed the Mandarin Oriental Savoy ranks among our personal top 10 MO properties globally. One tip: do visit the stunning rooftop bar for drinks or a light meal when the weather is nice. We hope to return soon and are excited to see Mrs. Zoe again at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok this October.
