The Imperial Sugar Refinery Taichung Office is located in Yongquan Park in the East District of Taichung City. The existing building is the office building of the Taichung headquarters. It was built in 1935 as the former Imperial Sugar Co., Ltd. of Japan. After the war, it served as the Taichung Office of the Taiwan Sugar Corporation. It was registered as a historical building in Taichung City in 2017. This business office is currently used as an exhibition hall, where art and cultural performances with different themes are displayed from time to time. In addition, there is a restaurant on the right side of the business office. The restaurant's layout is also quite elegant and has a historical feel.
