Walking down from the mandala, you will enter the residence and practice place of Juemu. In the Buddhist academy, the lamas' residences and training places are on the mountaintop, while the Juems practice on the mountainside. About high reaction
Judging from my personal test and the reactions of the people around me, there will be high reactions (except for an old lady in her 60s). My feeling is that 4000 meters is a rough dividing line, and there will be a relatively obvious high reaction upwards, and the main symptoms of high reaction are headache and rapid heartbeat.
The strongest reaction was at night in Seda, although it was not the highest there, but because there was no vegetation, the little grass left at night was also breathing, so it was really a headache and I couldn't sleep. Therefore, the plateau must need oxygen, and a place like Seda has to stay in a hotel with support, and that night I used the five hours of free oxygen provided by the hotel to get a good night's sleep.It should be noted that the oxygen cylinder is generally on the bedside table, and the drawer of the bedside table has a nasal feeding tube, and the answer received by the group members when they asked the hotel front desk was that there was no nasal feeding tube, and the oxygen was so diffuse that they did not sleep well all night......
There is no other way to deal with Gao Rebellion except oxygen, and Rhodiola is eaten and I don't know if it is useful or not. There is a service area in Litang before entering Daocheng, which should be a joint venture with a travel agency, and when the car arrives, someone will come up to preach the precautions for the plateau, focusing on the final promotion of oxygen and functional peptide oral liquid. It sells a bottle of oxygen 58 and an oral liquid 178 a box. There are many hotel front desks and scenic spots in Litang's service area, which sounds very good, but remember that the free is only oxygen, the nasal feeding tube is not free for 3 yuan, and when there are many people, it will not let you suck more, at most ten minutes is almost said to be good and you can go, so it is better to prepare more oxygen by yourself. There is also a function of these places is to oxygenate the oxygen bag for free, which is also more practical.
About the supplies
1, first of all, sunscreen, sunglasses and cream and the like everyone said to bring, I used sunscreen on the first day I didn't use sunglasses throughout the whole process, it's really okay, maybe the ultraviolet rays are a little weaker this season, and I have long sleeves throughout the whole process, which feels much better than in Southeast Asia, and I came back to say that I was just slightly dark. Therefore, if you go to this season and are more sun-resistant, you can bring no sunscreen, you can bring lip balm, I didn't bring it, and my lips were a little bloody in the last two days.
2. In terms of clothing, almost all seasons of clothing must be brought, and the hat should be preferably a copper basin hat suitable for outdoor wind, rain and sun protection, the sun comes out after 7 o'clock, and it is getting hotter and hotter under the sun, but when there is no sun, especially in the early morning and at night, sometimes in order to see the snow-capped mountains, it is really cold outdoors. In the mountains, once it is windy and rainy during the day, it may be ice rain and extremely cold, so the poncho must be worn, and the jacket should be worn, and if you can't stand it, change into a down jacket. To sum up, bring clothes for all seasons, it is best to wear a long-sleeved undershirt and a jacket when you go out to play, and you can take it off and stuff it into your backpack when it is hot, and you always have a poncho in your backpack, if you go to Daocheng Aden or plan to play in the mountains until the night (such as Seda) put a lightweight down jacket in your bag, because at night it cools down quickly, and the clothes have been sweaty after playing for a day during the day.
3. Food and medicine, it is still more suitable to bring some chocolate, high energy, climbing the mountain is not only high anti-oxygen consumption but also consumes physical strength, it is easy to have heavy feet, people are wheezing and tired, at this time the bag is always in the bag to always have some light and high-energy chocolate is very useful, other dry foods are appropriately prepared, glucose is brought by many people, it should also have the same effect, but the feeling of satiety is not strong. On the long line of Daocheng Aden, it is recommended to buy a self-heating rice in advance and put it in the bag, and after taking the car to the Luorong Cattle Farm twice, go to the supply station, where there is a lot of table and chairs, sit down to eat and rest, and set off lightly, and after all, the rice tastes better than dry food. If you don't bring it to the supply station, you can buy it, but the price is slightly more expensive by 30 yuan, and the taste may not be chosen, I only had plum vegetable buckle pork rice that day. In terms of medicines, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, band-aids, and motion sickness medicine are all available, and you can be prepared, especially for colds and diarrhea medicines.
