Tannan Bay, located southeast of Haitan Island (also known as Pingtan Island) in Fuzhou, is a natural bathing beach with comparable tourism opportunities to Longfengtou Beach. Tiger Mountain, near Tannan Bay, served as a command center during military exercises. After the exercises, Tiger Mountain was renamed General Mountain. A tower, the General Tower, stands on the summit. Climbing to the top offers panoramic views of Tannan Bay.
