Chishui Bamboo Sea National Forest Park is located over 40 kilometers east of Chishui City, Guizhou Province, along the Chitong Highway. Covering 10,666 hectares, the park features a vast sea of bamboo. The park is divided into three scenic sections, with the Yezhuping Scenic and Leisure Area as its central attraction. Other unique natural features include the "Heavenly Gong," the "Earth Waterfall," the "Eight Immortals Tree," and the "Couple Tree."
The park has 170,000 mu of nanmu bamboo, which are spread across the mountains. Climb up the park's "Guanhai Tower" and look out from the railing, and you will see endless green fields covering the mountains.

Tianluo
In 1994, General Jia Ruoyu, former acting secretary general of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and director of the Military Museum, returned to his hometown in Chishui and specially visited the Tianluo Digu landscape. He wrote a regulated verse in praise of it:
The Wu River meanders around a green snail, reminiscent of the Yaochi Falling Phoenix Slope. Earthly drums echo from the green sea steps, while celestial gongs echo from the crimson cliffs. Thousands of bamboos bloom in the wind, and the moon can be accompanied by a thousand-year-old tree. The Chishui River is the place of great natural beauty, and the Penglai fairyland abounds here.
Eight Immortals Tree
The Eight Immortals originated from oral folk tales. Tieguai Li, Han Zhongli, He Xiangu, Lan Caihe, Lü Dongbin, Zhang Guolao, Cao Guojiu, and Han Xiangzi are collectively known as the Eight Immortals. However, the Eight Immortals is a vague general term. In the Chinese pantheon of immortals, they are divided into the Upper Eight Cave Immortals, the Middle Eight Cave Immortals, and the Lower Eight Cave Immortals.
Husband and Wife Tree
The "husband and wife tree" was called "Lianlizhi" in ancient times, also known as "life and death tree". It is a phenomenon in the forest that depends on each other like human husband and wife - a tree with the same roots.
