Linghu Mountain Scenic Area, an AA-level tourist attraction in Chuzhou City, is located east of Outang Town, Dingyuan County, adjacent to Huangfu Mountain National Forest Park. It lies to the east of Jiangjun Peak, west of Dongyuan Folk Houses, across from Yingpan Mountain, and north of Dasha River, facing Outang Old Street across the water. Spanning 3,300 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) and 94 meters above sea level, the scenic area is divided into four scenic areas: Qingliu Lake Scenic Area, Tashan Scenic Area, Nanyuan Scenic Area, and Donghu Scenic Area. This multifunctional, ecological people's paradise combines natural landscapes such as lakes and mountains, flowing water, flowers, and orchards, with cultural attractions such as pagodas, temples, poetry and calligraphy, and modern architecture. Linghu Mountain stands tall and majestic, lushly planted.

Every year on the 15th day of the third lunar month, people from the surrounding areas spontaneously go to Linghu Mountain to burn incense and make wishes. The number of people reaches as high as 300,000, and the scene is very spectacular. It has become a highlight of Ou Tang. Tourists from Shanghai, Nanjing, and Chuzhou come here to sightsee, burn incense and make wishes. Many businesses come here to invest and develop the economy.
