Like a piece of jade, the Bailiangou scenic area, embedded in the southwestern part of Yongtai County, has become a new tourist attraction in Yongtai.
The scenic area of Bailiangou Scenic Area, stretching along a canyon over 1,000 meters long, comprises eight major waterfalls: Water Curtain Waterfall, Dragon Jar Waterfall, Pearl Waterfall, Tiankeng Rainbow Waterfall, Ginseng Waterfall, Twin Lions Waterfall, White Dragon Waterfall, and Sandiequan Waterfall. These spectacular waterfalls, with their dramatic drops and abundant flow, offer a variety of forms, ranging from gentle hums to passionate choruses, a truly breathtaking spectacle. The scenic area boasts a subtropical rainforest climate and a geological structure of bluestone and weathered rock. The tiankeng landscape is a unique sight in Fujian Province. A plank road built along the cliffs acts as a viewing gallery, offering breathtaking views of the tiankeng's breathtaking beauty, including the shimmering tiles, the Great Sage facing the wall, the Heart-Stirring Stone, Maitreya's Bathing Body, the Bat Cave, the White Tiger's Roaring Sky, and the Rainbow Waterfall.

Water Curtain Waterfall
The Water Curtain Waterfall is 45 meters high and 5 meters wide. Behind the waterfall lies a natural cave, reminiscent of the Water Curtain Palace within the Flower-Fruit Mountain. Standing within this cave provides a breathtakingly cool experience during the scorching summer heat. Looking out, the scenery is hazy, like a string of beaded curtains hanging in front of a window. In autumn, butterflies of all colors flutter everywhere, earning it the nickname "Butterfly Valley."
Longgang Waterfall
The "dragon" in Longgang Waterfall refers to the waterfall's resemblance to a white dragon, with the head upstream, the body of the dragon, and the tail of the dragon. The "gang" refers to the jar-like rock formed by years of water impact. Legend has it that the Dragon King's third prince once cultivated here. A thousand years later, the Dragon King ordered him to return to the palace, but he lingered there, unable to disobey his father's orders. He later discovered that this pool led directly to the Dragon Palace, and he frequently traveled through it.

From here, the main scenery of Bailiangou gradually enters, revealing a breathtaking spectacle. Across from it lies a unique cavern. These eight characters, inscribed by Mr. You Jiarui, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, suggest two meanings: "From this point, we gradually enter a beautiful and unique cavern." They also hint that beneath the words lies another cavern: "Tile-like snow." From the outside, this stone wall appears unremarkable, but upon entering the cavern, a sudden sense of openness emerges. After a heavy rain, countless tiny water droplets fall from the cavern's entrance, resembling a blanket of white snow, hence the name "Tile-like snow."
