It comprises three scenic areas: the Dongmen Island Tourist Resort, the Xishan Rock Amusement and Sightseeing Area, and the Wujiao Beach Bathing and Fitness Area. The park combines forest and coastal scenery. Located in the subtropical marine monsoon climate zone, the park boasts an average annual temperature of 20.8°C, frost-free year-round, and average annual precipitation of 1,103.8 mm. The vegetation is subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest.
