Xishuang Lake Scenic Area, a National 4A-level tourist attraction, is located west of Donghai County, Lianyungang City. It stretches 3.2 kilometers from east to west and 2.65 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of ​​approximately 8.1 square kilometers. The area is divided into two major zones: the Ecological Sightseeing Park and the Sports and Leisure Zone.

The ecological tourism park comprises two major sections: the wetland park and the botanical garden; the sports and leisure area comprises two major sections: the water sports area and the fitness and leisure area. Xishuang Lake is structurally divided into four functional areas: the lake's eastern living area, the east embankment landscape belt, the lake's sports and leisure area, and the lake's western wetland conservation area.
