Luoyang Lingshan Lotus Park is located in the west of Yiyang County, 35 kilometers southwest of Luoyang City. It is backed by the Luo River to the north, Lingshan Temple to the south, Xiong'er Indigo to the west, and overlooks the Longmen Grottoes to the east. It was carefully built by Luoyang Lingshan Guocheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. over three years with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is a large-scale tourism and leisure project built according to the standards of a national 5A scenic spot, integrating lotus viewing, hot spring health care, water entertainment, 5D cinema, water curtain movie, Dream Guanyin, special restaurants, express hotels, and villa vacations.
The scenic area boasts the most comprehensive lotus ponds in China, stretching from east to west. Visitors can admire rare new lotus varieties, closely observe the courtyard scenery, appreciate classical poetry, and experience the origins and essence of lotus culture.
The warm temperate continental monsoon climate is suitable for summer travel to view lotus flowers.
Hot spring health
The Hot Spring Water City embodies the essence of hot springs, focusing on "spring culture," "water therapy history," "water therapy wellness," and "hot spring bathing tips." The scenic area's hot springs maintain a constant temperature of 52°C year-round and are rich in over 30 minerals and trace elements beneficial to human health, including orthosilicic acid, bromide, and iodide. Regular soaking in this ancient water refreshes the skin, promotes well-being, and washes away worldly concerns, allowing one to experience the melodious passage of time.
Water entertainment
The water entertainment area is the largest, most diverse, and most innovative water theme park in the Central Plains. The tsunami pool boasts advanced technology and first-class equipment, offering thrilling rides with high waves and rapid currents. It also boasts a closed-loop tidal rafting ride, the world's most popular and distinctive sky-high slalom, a super loudspeaker, a high-speed slide, and many other attractions, making it a truly relaxing summer escape.
