Baligou One-Line Sky is located in the northeast of the Yangzhou parking lot in Baligou, next to the cliff sightseeing elevator. One-Line Sky is a wonderful part of the landscape of Baligou Scenic Area.
There are steep cliffs on both sides, a line of blue sky above, and a mountain climbing passage in the middle. Since ancient times, it has been the main traffic route for the upper and lower Hongshi River scenic areas, with the momentum of "one man guarding the pass, ten thousand men cannot open it".
Nestled between two peaks, Yitiantian (One Line Sky) was once the only mountain path accessible to the inhabitants of Shangbali and Xiabali. From a distance, the winding path resembles a giant dragon, coiling between the cliffs, earning it the nickname "Dragon's Ladder." The terrain here is precarious, with sheer cliffs on either side seemingly pressing down on you, creating an imposing presence.
In the past, mountain dwellers would go through this path to shop and transport goods. Carrying their loads, they risked falling off the cliffs if they weren't careful. True to the saying, "There's no path in the mountains, but the rocks become paths. Only those with courage can ascend." Looking up from the rock climbing trail at Yixiantian, only a faint white line remains in the sky. Passing through this path, one feels the spirit of conquering nature, challenging oneself, and conquering oneself.
Subtropical monsoon climate; Yitiantian is located in the gap between two mountain peaks. It was the only mountain path that mountain people used to pass between Shangbali and Xiabali in the past. The scenery is pleasant and the air is fresh. It is suitable for travel in all seasons.
