
Baligou Scenic Area is located 50 kilometers northwest of Xinxiang City, Henan Province. It belongs to the Xinxiang South Taihang Tourism Resort and is a typical South Taihang scenery. The forest coverage rate of the scenic area is 90%, and there are more than 1,100 species of plants. There are seven dangerous valleys and thirty-six strange peaks in the scenic area, and there is a sense of mystery everywhere.
It is a national 4A-level scenic spot, a national geological park, a natural macaque reserve, a famous scenic spot in Henan Province, and one of the top ten scenic spots in Henan Province. It embodies the essence of the Taihang Mountains and waters, combining the uniqueness, danger, beauty, elegance, and seclusion in one valley. It is known as the "Soul of Taihang and the Spirit of China" and is praised by garden experts as "unique in Asia."
