The Panorama of Struggle Sound, Light and Electricity Demonstration Hall is located at No. 1, Hongjun North Road, Ciping Town, Jinggangshan City, Jiangxi Province. It was planned and supervised by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, and was carefully created by many artists from the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. The Jiangxi Ocean Audio and Lighting Engineering Company configured the high-tech sound, light and electricity demonstration. It opened to the public on May 1, 2006.
The Jinggangshan Struggle Panorama Sound and Light Demonstration Hall consists of three parts: a panorama, ground modeling and a high-tech sound and light demonstration system. It represents the world's highest level of panorama creation. The entire panorama is 112 meters long and 18 meters high and is divided into eight scenes.
The Jinggangshan Struggle Panorama Sound, Light and Electricity Demonstration Hall creatively and perfectly integrates the major events of the Jinggangshan Struggle with the beautiful scenery of the 500-li Jinggangshan. It is the first time that a panorama is used to reflect the historical process, and the first time that high-tech sound, light and electricity demonstration technology is configured on a panorama.
The subtropical monsoon humid climate makes it suitable for travel in all four seasons.
The museum uses artistic forms to truly reflect major historical scenes during the Jinggangshan struggle period, such as the Sanwan Reorganization, Dajing Military Training, Ciping Settlement, Jinggangshan Meeting, the Lighting of the Octagonal Building, the Longyuankou Victory, the Battle of Huangyangjie and the Advance into Southern Jiangxi and Western Fujian. It vividly and intuitively displays the beautiful mountains and rivers of the Jinggangshan Mountains in the 1920s and 1930s, and showcases the great revolutionary practice of the Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong.
