Jiangxin Island is located in the middle reaches of Oujiang River, north of Wenzhou city, with a total area of about 70,000 square meters. It is long from east to west and narrow from north to south. It is one of the four famous islands in China.
Jiangxin Island, rich in historical sites and cultural attractions, is a shining pearl on the Oujiang River and has long been known as the "Penglai of the Oujiang River." Famous poets throughout history, including Li Bai, Du Fu, Meng Haoran, Han Yu, Xie Lingyun, Lu You, and Wen Tianxiang, have all left their mark on Jiangxin Island.
The ten scenic spots of Jiangxin Island that have been passed down for hundreds of years, such as the misty rain in the spring city, the moonlight on the Oujiang River, the rhythm of the tide in Menglou, the returning sails in the distant harbor, the fishing lights on the sandbank, the bamboo breeze in the pagoda courtyard, the fragrance of the Haiyan Spring, the setting sun in Cuiwei, the morning glow in Haidian, and the snow shadow in Luofu, make tourists linger.
Jiangxin Island has a mid-subtropical monsoon climate with suitable temperatures throughout the year, making it suitable for travel.
