Xiaochehe Wetland Park, located west of Huaxi Avenue, east of the West Second Ring Road, and south of Guihuang Road, is a key area within the Second Ring Road and Fourth Road urban belt, situated in the heart of the central urban area. It was created by integrating, renovating, upgrading, and expanding the former Nanjiao Park and Guiyang Nursery to create a valley wetland landscape.
The park's landscape design highlights wildness, streams, valleys, and caves. Most of the park's buildings are nestled against the mountains and water, fully leveraging the ecological diversity and showcasing the valley's vibrant ecological landscape. The park boasts 13 scenic spots, including Falling Petals and Flying Snow, Clear Stream and Clouds, Whispering Magnolias, Deep in the Lotus, Mingquan Tea, Fragrance of Catalpa Woods, and Water Mill Time.
