Universal ticket options

I'm on the website and when I select 3 days it only shows me 2 days to move freely between IOA and universal and 1 day at epic. I didn't see any option to skip epic if we jus wanted 3 days at universal and IOA. Any thoughts! Thanks

If you're looking to spend 3 days at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (IOA) without visiting Universal's Volcano Bay (Epic Universe), it sounds like you're encountering a mix-up with the ticket options on the website. Here's what you need to know:

  • Base Ticket – The base ticket typically gives you access to one park per day. If you want to visit Universal Studios and IOA on separate days, you can simply purchase a 3-day Base Ticket, which will give you access to each park for one day each.
  • Park-to-Park Ticket – This ticket allows you to move freely between Universal Studios and IOA on the same day. If you want the flexibility to visit both parks on the same day, the 3-day Park-to-Park ticket is the option you’ll want. It doesn’t include Volcano Bay or Epic Universe.
  • Volcano Bay Option – The "Epic" day you see is likely referring to Volcano Bay, Universal's water park. If you don’t want to visit Volcano Bay and prefer just Universal Studios and IOA, you’ll need to make sure you select the appropriate ticket type. The website might default to including Volcano Bay if you don’t uncheck the option for that park.
  • Contact Universal's Support – If you continue to see this issue, it's worth reaching out to Universal's customer support. They can help ensure you get the right tickets for the parks you want to visit and help clarify any confusion about ticket types or options.

Make sure you review the ticket options carefully during checkout, and if needed, use the "help" or "chat" feature on the website to clarify the details. It should be fairly straightforward to customize your ticket to only include Universal Studios and IOA without Volcano Bay or Epic Universe!
