Hi, looking for advice for rental firms that provide a big enough van for 9 people and luggage and possibility of two lightweight foldable scooters. I believe that the 12 and 15 seater vans dont allow their seats to move or fold. Any advice welcome as to whther the seats do fold etc and which are the "best" rental firms for supplying what we reserve. thanks
