Day use in Mercure Almaty hotel

We received free daytime accommodation and breakfast from Air Astana, as our flight from Moscow to Bangkok had a layover in Almaty for over 6 hours.
The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering city tips and helping us find tours. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection.
The hotel is located in the city center, close to attractions like Meloman and the Passahz shopping center.
